Water white Rosin Ester

Rosin Glycerol Esters
138# and 140# resin was specially designed for hot-melt adhesive industry economy of rosin glycerol resin. The color is light, softening point and viscosity is moderate, good heat tolerance and so on. Particularly applicable to ordinary EVA hot-melt Adhesive, hot melt coating industry.

Refined Light - Colored Rosin
Refined Light- colored Rosin is gum Rosin in which under certain conditions of temperature and vacuum. With low odor, oxidation resistance, good thermal stability. Mainly used in the production of hot-melt and aqueous adhesives, and applied to the electron flux, light-colored rosin resins and edible gum raw materials.

Rosin Maleic anhydride ester
422A, 422B, 423A, 423B, and 424A is a family of light, and stability of modified natural maleic modified glycerol resin, is based on rosin and unsaturated polybasic acids as basic raw material, heshun maleic anhydride addict reaction of rosin and glycerol, which refined, decolorization and modification and other technology and developing it. Stearic Acid
Stearic acid is made from refined palm oil through hydrogenation,hydrolysis, fractionation and distillation. The finished products are in bead, bulk and flake form. Stearic acid has the following properties: non-toxic, tasteless, high melting point, good fluidity, flexibility and lubricity.
Stearic acid is an active ingredient of daily use products. It is commonly found in shaving creams, cosmetics, medicines, skincare products, soaps, detergents and candles.

Zinc Stearate
Zinc Stearate can be either palm or tallow-based and has many industrial applications. This product is processed by hydrolysis or melting method. It can be classified by paint grade(NT-8) and plastic grade(NS-g and NS-S). NT-8 is very thin,well dispersed and with good anti-settlement. It possesses good transparency, tolerant of polishing,acts as anti-foaming,which has been applied to paints, PE, PU and other products. The NS-G and NS-S are high purity Zinc Stearate, which can be used in many plastics as a heat stabilizer.

Magnesium Stearate is non-toxic calcium salt of stearic acid and is widely used in cosmetics, plastics and pharmaceuticals. High purity, low FFA as well as good lubricating properties are its outstanding features. Magnesium Stearate functions as an anti-caking agent, a colorant, emulsion stabilizer and a non-aqueous viscosity increasing agent.

Glycerine
Glycerol is obtained as a by-product of the conversion of fats and oils to fatty acids or fatty acid methyl esters. The glycerol content of fats and oils varies between 8 and 14%, depending on the proportion of free acid and the chain length distribution of the fatty acids esters. To obtain glycerol,fats and oils must be split. Glycerine produced by our factory can be classified to USP Grade and Industrial Grade. Glycerol or Glycerin is one of the most versatile and safest chemicals used in the food and beverage, Textiles,Personal care, Pharmaceuticals, soap and Detergents industries.
